Not at all. I've worked with plenty of newcomers. I'll happily show you the right form so you don't get injured and slowly introduce you to more exercises and variations as time progresses.
This will vary based on your goals but my aim is to elevate your sessions so you can hit the targets that we set together.
We'll have a set of muscles we want to focus on during a session and try to bring in as much variation as is possible.
As an example, a leg session might look as follows
- Light cardio to warmup
- Leg Press
- Squats (Smith Machine)
- Lunges
- Leg Extensions
- Leg Curls
- RDL
